At FragranceUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your FragranceUSA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure the glass bottle remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
